Journal of Nutritional Epidemiology is a journal for healthcare professionals and researchers seeking to understand how human diets relate to health. In this journal, methodological validity and reliability are the key factors in every publication decision. We welcome (i) studies that examine the associations between human dietary exposures and health outcomes using validated, reliable methods, and (ii) studies that establish or evaluate the validity or reliability of dietary assessment tools used to assess human diet.
